I know I'm not on this board much, but I need your advice-
My roast is ready, and I had an idea of doing corn on the cob in the oven. I figured it should be good, as I like it on the grill. I rapped it in foil, and set the oven at 400 degrees. It's been in for 1 1/2 hours, but I'm afraid to take the foil off to check it.
Anyone done this oven thing before? Do you think it's done?

if your not on this board much where not gonna help you ;) , besides do you have enough for everyone

I've never done corn in the oven!!! Let us know how it turns out!

1 1/2 hours?! i would hope its done.... worse comes to worse you can nuke it if its not cooked!

Is it popcorn yet? :)
I do my corn in the microwave.
Hope it turns out!

Thanx to all for the advice.
It turned out very good. Crispy, not water logged as when boiled. I am sure it would have been way overdone, but my pieces of foil were way too big, and wrapped around the corn about six times. I guess that sort of protected it.

Thanx again.....
