Hi all, I am in need of some advice on where I can eat breakfast at the MK that is not a character Meal. My sister and cousin are eating at CP and I just decided to go to the world with them, and I can't be added to the reservation so I was thinking of eating somewhere else while they ate with Pooh and Friends.

I'd personally just eat a quick bite at the Main Street bakery. The ham, egg and cheese croissants are awesome!

thank you for your quick responses, I will try those, both of them sound very good. I have basically had breakfast at the resort before we left for the parks when we are down there. Eating at the main street bakery will be good so I will be close to them when they call me and tell me they are finished.

Did you call reservations or just look online? I've found that they can sometimes add (or reduce, in our case) to the reservation when you can't do it online. Good luck!

What time is their CP reservation? If it is before park opening, you won't be able to get into the MK. If it is after park opening, I'd go do some attractions while they do their breakfast -- and maybe get some fast passes for the 3 of you. Their breakfast will take about 45 minutes depending on how long it takes the characters to go around.

Also, if you want to do CP with them, I'd call and see if you can be added. And, even if you're told no on the call, they might let you in as a walk up with your sister and cousin.

My sister said she called and they told her they were booked.
Their reservation is 9:25am so I should be able to get into the MK. If we can't get me added by the time we get there I will ask when we get to the CP for their Reservation.

Thanks for the information, Ya'll are great.

I don't see why you can't be added to the reservation. If it's just your sister and cousin that's two people. Last time I went to CP most tables were meant for 4 people. I would call back and get a different CM and ask to added to an existing reservation. We have added people many times to reservations when another person tagged along or we met up with friends in Florida. If that doesnt work out, keep trying all you can be told is no. Maybe you'll get lucky. Another alternative, Main Street Bakery does have huge cinnamon rolls and the croissants are amazing as PP's have said.

thanks for the advice, just got off the phone with disney dining and were told they couldn't even add me to the reservation because they are completely booked, I am going to keep trying, and see what happens.

I would just show up with them and see what happens. I think they'll be able to seat you. Give it a try!

I AGREE!!! Just show up! it wont kill you to try right? Let me tell you, there are MANY no shows throughout the day! You just might get lucky! Promise me you'll try at least??? Just last month at CP while we were waiting for our table, another couple were lucky enough to get a table WITHOUT a reservation!! And it was pretty busy! Yup, you heard me right! :goodvibes

I promise I am going to try, all they can tell me is no, right.

Exactly all they can tell you is no. But like PP said, no shows happen a lot and most people don't call to cancel. One family might not wake up in time, or might have trouble with their kids, anything can happen. :goodvibes

Yes, keep trying. The last 2 trips we've canceled CP & TH bkfst the night before as we decided to sleep in those days.

If you show up with them at the restaurant, odds are pretty good they will seat the 3 of you.
