Questions on waiting for F!

hi, i have never seen F!. and have some questions.
( i am not doing the F! dessert option)

- does everyone sit while watching the show or stand?
- how long in advance of the show should you go and "stakeout" your spot?
- is it less of a "stake out your spot" wait time and/or better chance of getting a good spot at the 2nd showing?
- i assume its ok for us to grab some CS food and eat it while waiting? is it ok to bring a small blanket and have the family sit on it and eat while waiting for the show?

Hi,

My husband and I always stake out a spot really early, between 4 and 5pm we bring a large blanket and some pillows. We love to people watch and we have met many people from all over doing this. Anyways we take a large area and save it while others in our group ride a few more rides, shop and best of all bring us dinner over. I love to be right on the water, and since we visit the land often I don't feel as I am waisting precious time doing this.

There is an area for standing and an area for sitting.
We took a blanket and staked out our spot in early January around 4:30. There were 7 of us so one stayed with the blanket (do not leave blanket unattended) while the others checked out the shops, went on a few rides. We ate yummy bread bowls full of soup for supper on our blanket.

The show in itself is amazing!
