Questions about Fishing Excursion in September?

Hi All. I just booked a Fishing Excursion for September 16th at 7am in the Seven Seas Lagoon. I requested Rick as our guide after reading some posts. We will get picked up at the Contemporary Resort.

How much should we plan on tipping the Guide?

We have two teen boys who love bass fishing. We live in NH and thought fishing at Disney would be a fun experience. Have you ever not caught fish during this excursion?

I didn't see much info about fishing at the Seven Seas Lagoon, has anyone fished here and could you give us some feedback?

Hi just curious how your fishing excursion was? We have one booked for October 5th coming in a couple weeks.

My family hasn't fished at WDW since around 1987.

We LOVED it. It was a great way to relax at wdw. We all caught about 5 fish. We went on a 7am fishing excursion in Bay Lake lagoon. This is something I would definitely plan on doing again. It just gives you a totally different way to enjoy WDW. We even saw an alligator swimming around.

I highly recommend this experience if you enjoy the outdoors. I hope you enjoy your trip!

Great, we can't wait. It's a birthday present for myself from my parents and my wife.

Well I'm back from my trip and the fishing excursion was a sucess. We had a great guide Roger, or Rodger. CAn't remember the correct spelling.
Regardless we did the afternoon excursion 1:30pm to 3:30pm on Wed Oct. 5th. We ended up catching approximately 13 bass, kind of lost count. All were around 2-3 lbs. My mom caught one that was slightly heavier.

Great experience. Hope to do it again one day.
