has anyone ever changed their Disney Premier card into the no fee regular card? Can you do this? Do you keep the same card #? Do you loose accumulated reward dollars and how long does it take?

Just did it on Wednesday. Got an offer to upgrade another card and yearly fee was coming up on Disney Visa, so I called and downgraded it. You keep the same #, but they send you different cards and your expiration date changes. You keep the rewards and the new cards come in 3-5 business days. Takes about 15 minutes on the phone because they have to read you all these policy statements you have to agree to.

Also have done it and no problems with it. Frankly I don't understand how the Disney/Chase Premier card is a good deal with it's $49 annual fee. I dropped it for a Citi card that has 2% back on everything (1% on the purchase and another 1% when you make the payment) and it's a no fee card. I'll keep the free Disney Visa just for the free 6 month promo period on DCL reservations but that's it.
