Question: Trash & Towel Service

At check-in, can you ask for a different day for the trash and towel service? For example, we are checking in on a Saturday and out on a Wednesday. Our service is scheduled for the Tuesday. I would really like to have it on Monday.

Will they accommodate changes?

I've done it by calling housekeeping from the room.
