I assume there is a capacity limit for the parks. I will be going Christmas week. If I am staying at HRH, am I guaranteed park entry? We will be arriving mid day the first day and I wouldn't want to be told I can't go to the parks.

I remember reading somewhere that when the parks get to a certain capacity they close them, but, if you're staying in a WDW resort, they guarantee your entry so you still get in. HRH isn't a WDW resort, so I'm guessing there's no guarantee. Call them and ask if there's a policy. WDW does this since you're paying to stay in their resorts. It's one of the perks. We go at off peak times so I've never seen them actually close, but it can happen.

I believe they are asking about USF-IOA entry not WDW.
