question re Magical Express back to airport

HOw do they work the check-out - airport transfers...do they have numerous trips all day or am I going to have to be at the airport really early because of someone else schedule?

We usually try to get the latest flight out of MCo and wonder if there are scheduled pick-up times at each resort that we choose or do they tell us when they are picking us up?

they'll tell you. but for the record, it's typically about 3 hours prior to your flight's scheduled departure for domestic flights, or 4 hours for international.

Your scheduled time has nothing to do with anyone else.

As long as there are reservations, DME buses are scheduled to stop at each resort every 30 minutes (not the same bus for all resorts!!!). For example, at Pop Century the scheduled times are :15 and :45 after every hour.

The target is to pick you up about 2.75-to-3 hours prior to flight time.

If the bus leaving at the best time for you is overbooked you may have to be booked on an earlier bus back to the airport.
