question on reservs for segway tour

I know I should make reservations asap for the segway tour, however, I may be going in November, and I don't know what day I can make it. How far out should I make my decision before it would be too late? I think I found out they added a second tour every day, but I am not sure if it is still as popular as it was when it started. Any suggestions?

I guess the question is "What is the cancellation policy?" since we were charged when I made the reservation. Otherwise, I would just book when you know exactly when you can make it. This maybe worth calling them to see how full they are already and what the cancellation policy is if you have to/are able to change dates.
