how much do you budget/pay for resort, tickets, & food? (not air)

We are going to the Beach Club in August & budgeting $5,500 for everything (BC, 10 MYW, & DP for 5). :teacher:

Will have to drive this year to save some $ as this will be the most expensive trip we have ever taken to Disneyworld. It's to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary so we decided to go deluxe this time.

When you are there check out DVC . It may save you a lot in the furture. Have a great vacation.

We're a family of 2 adults and 4 kids(10,8,5,2)
4 nights Fairfield Marriott
6 nights ASMo
4 nights POR
Only paying for one room each night because my mom and sister will be there and one of our kids can stay in their room. And I bought an AP, so the room rates aren't too bad. DW and the kids will have 10 day MYW's.

We're flying from the west coast and renting a minivan for the whole 2 weeks. We're also spending 2 days at Universal parks and spending a day in Ft. Lauderdale seeing the King Tut exhibit.

Altogether, the total cost is going to be around 8-9k :earseek:

We got good prices on airfare and are staying cheap/value/moderate, but everything adds up. Actually, the biggest expense is food. I'm budgeting $200/day for our family for food and miscellaneous.

We'll be there Easter week...flights, 8 nights at the Dolphin & park tickets are about 4000...the rest of the cost I should have totally covered by the Disney Rewards card I have from Disney Visa...we charge everything and pay it off each month, so we have racked up a ton of points!

Well this year we are taking my parents and paying for them so our budget is a little more than it has been in the past.

Me, DH, and DS all have AP's so we don't have to budget in tickets. My parents are going to buy their own tickets through shades of green. For 2 rooms at POp including the dining plan and 1 day base tickets will be $2600 I debated going with the AP room but I wanted the dining plan - this is suppossed to be a treat for my parents and if it is already paid for I don't have to be fighting my dad for the check every day - I have already taken care of it.

Our budget is about 6k and quickly going up ...

A minivan for 10 days $400 , 3 nights at Royal Pacific at Universal including tickets, and airfare from Denver for 5 people

Budget

We usually go for 10 nights, and depending on wich resort, usually Poly or WL, resort could cost us 3000- 2000.00 but also depends on discounts, whether AP or AAA or cast member. We usually buy AP's and go to WDW 2 times a year and for food I figure around 50.00 each per day. In Disney, the food is expensive but the meals are huge, hardly ever eat lunch and most times, me and wife split our meals. Thats our way of doing Disney.

We went to WDW this past August during the free dining deal. We stayed at CSR for 8 nights, had 8 day MYW tickets with plus pack, flew roundtrip PHL to MCO. With suveniors it was about 2200. This was for 2 adults. Not bad for a Disney vacation. :goodvibes
