question groceries being delivered

hello we're heading "home" to OKW in 7 days. we are going to have a delivery of food from the garden grocer delivered the day we arrive. here is our problem. with DVC's only available for check in at 4p & they are NEVER available early.....if we have the food delivered (that will contain perisables) what will OKW do with them till we arrive back from MK for the nite ??? do they have a walk in cooler etc etc ?? and then do i just call down to the desk and ask them to have the groceries brought ??? help !!!

They will hold the groceries in fridges at Bell Services. I am not sure how late OKW will have Bell Services available for delivering them, though. Depending on the time you may need to go pick them up yourself. I think their services are more limited than say at BWV in the late evening hours.

I've used gardengrocer for two visits. Great service. Both times delivery arrived before we did. Bell services held them for us (perishables cold;freezer items frozen) Delivery to our room from bell services was not a problem.
If I remember correctly one was after 8 pm the other after 6 pm.
Isn't bell services open 24 hours?

I agree with swhall. Great service with gardengrocer. Bell services keeps everything until you're ready for delivery.

They held ours in the fridge at SSR.

I want to do Garden Grocer as well - however we have an Illuminations Cruise scheduled that night. Can we have bell services (BWV) deliver the items when we return - probably as late as 10?
