I've rented points for a trip that begins on Monday, January 18th. All of my commmunication with the owner was via telephone. I'm almost certain I asked her to request the dining plan, but in reviewing the paper work (reservation confirmation) it does not say wether or not we have it. I tried on-line check in and it doesn't say there either. Does anyone know how I can check this? I know I can't call member services. I've been calling the owner and she's not returning my calls. I'm so upset right now and I don't know what to do.
