Question for truckers

Have any of you trucker used a company called CDC Truck Accessories and had problems with them sending wrong goods and not wanting to give you our money back when it is there fault for sending in correct goods.
This is the third time this has happen to us.

Never used them and we don't normally have any problems with our suppliers.

They started of ok but our last three orders have been wrong.
But i must admit that after i posted this tread i rang them and now i'm getting something sorted with them.
I'm wondering if its all the Disney magic and fairy dust tink: )floating about on here that has had something to do with the change in there customer service.
