Question for those that have redeemed...

Disney Rewards points. Today when I called to redeem my points, I was told that I can expect the vouchers to arrive by Oct. 1. Does it really take that long?

When I redeemed mine I had them within a week! I don't know if that's usual or not, but it was much faster than what I had been told.

I did mine online and it gave me a date that I should receive them. It didn't take anywhere near that much time. I think I received them within 1 - 1/2 weeks.

I ordered some (13) on-line last week and got them today. This is the second time I've redeemed some and they came in less time than they said.
