Question for those that get manicures?

Do you have a favorite nail color you use on a regular basis? The reason I'm asking is because I like to stick with a french manicure for the summer. I just wonder if I'm crazy because I don't like to change for summer. The french just looks sooo summery to me. Plus I like like to have a french manicure on my toes.

I like a French Manicure/Pedicure but also like to try some of the new summer tropical colors. I like the OPI - Princess collection this Summer too. Lots of pale, sheer pinks and peaches. Perfect with a nice golden tan!! MY DD has French mancures with sheer pinks often and they look so pretty...

I love getting mani-pedi's! For my fingers, my favorite color is Hopelessly in Love by OPI. It's a real pale, pale pink. I also like Essie's Cottage in Nantucket, Ballet Slipper and Mademoiselle.

On my toes, I like to go for a brighter color w/sandals or even red. Something that reminds me of the tropics! Right now, I have Nantucket Mist (by OPI) on my toes. Nantucket Mist is really pink -- reminds me of a melted popsicle. It's getting chipped and a bit faded ... guess it's time to go back!

I never, ever get the same color on my nails and toes b/c it makes me feel like an old lady!!!!

I don't like polish on my fingers (just buffed really shiny), but on my toes my favorite summer color is OPI Jewel of India, or Cozy-Melted in the Sun (new this year).

I have been dabbling with the French lately, otherwise its deep reds and browns for me, baby! Right now my toes and fingernails don't match AND IT IS DRIVING ME OVER THE EDGE!

I love having my nails done and do it as often as I can. I have a favorite color and I bring it with me every time I go. Once in awhile I will have a french or american manicure, but I like my color.

I agree, on the rare occasion that I have it professionally done, that's the red I get.

I am the same way. I find that color tends to stain my nails... so I stick with an American manicure.... I think it looks more "natural" than the French!

However, my toes always have a tropical hot pink color!
