I am a substititute teacher and one of my students a few weeks ago had on the CUTEST scarf. It was made with that fuzzy looking yarn that was really colorful, but the real thing that impressed me was the design of the scarf. It looked like a normal one dimensional scarf, but it was actually a tube that laid flat!!!! I do not know any other way to describe it. I have no idea what it is called or anything, but the child's mom had made it! I would love to get a pattern for this thing and make some for friends, but I need to know what it is called!!!!

Could someone please help??

Thanks in advance *fingers crossed*

Oh! I found it! I found it!!!

It's called a magic tube scarf! :thumbsup2

Now I just have to go up to JoAnn's Fabric and find out what all I need to make it.

Thank you to the person who replied. :thumbsup2

Sounds like it was knit with circular needles. Do you ever use them? If you just keep knitting with them, you'll get a knit tube.

Honestly, I have never knitted before in my life! :rotfl:

This is going to be very interesting. :lmao:
