Question for DVC cruisers

Hi. Over on the cruise board I've been reading about the KTTWC. (I think that's right-Key to the World Card?) From what I understand, you get this if you book a land/sea package and then you don't have to check in at the port. We are doing our own DVC land/sea trip, using points for the whole thing. So I'm wondering...Can we get a KTTWC when we check into our hotel or does this not count for DVCers?

I think the package must be made thru the cruise line- not as a do-it-yourself.

I'm sure someone can provide a more complete answer, but most of the cruise perks are only available directly thru Disney and DVC on points won't offer that program.

Good Luck!

You will have to check in seperately once you get to the port. Have your paperwork ready (it's sent to you several weeks before departure) along with a passport or birth certificate with a raised seal. The procedure is quick and efficient. At that point you will be issued your card. I did not find it inconvenient....and we happily did it on 3 seperate occasions!
