Question about using the DDE card when your party size is greater than 10 ...

Has anyone used the DDE card for a party larger than 10 (we will be 14) ?

Can we ask our server to prepare 2 bills: one for 10 and one for 4 ?

What will happen if we need to be split up and seated at 2 tables, even though we have our ADR booked as a party of 14 ?

We went to Olivia's last June, as a party of 13. Our server gave us the DDE discount for the entire party without my even asking about it. I just guessed they would take off the normal party-size discount, so it was a pleasant surprise.
