question about TS credits

It's been awhile since our last trip to the World, but I know the last time we went (Sept 2012) the QS credits were pooled and not done by adult/child. So, for instance, we could order our son an adult meal if he wanted it.

So here's my situation/question. We are going on a date while we are there. We are staying at AKL and putting the kids in Simba's clubhouse. Since they serve them dinner, we are going La Hacienda de San Angel and Sounds like Summer. Since we are only using two TS credits that night, are they separated out by adult/child?

We were going to do another TS and just pay OOP for two people. DS is 11, so he is an adult. Will we need to pay for an adult and a child, or could we order two adult meals with the DDP and pay OOP for the other "adult" and child?

I guess my question is are the credits by adult/child, or just TS total?

TS are not pooled. It will show specific number for adults and children.

both qs and ts are listed child vs. adult

Table services are specified xx adult/ xx child remaining on your receipts, so those are separated. QS you are supposed to order a childs meal where possible, but they do not seperate, they are pooled.
