I have a 1 and 2 year old and want to book FP+ for A&E. Since they do not have tickets, do I just make FP+ for my husband and I when my window opens up for them to see?

Yes, under-3 don't need FPs.

Can you use an under 3 Mahican band for same day fp+
Tia

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking (and not just because of what I assume is a weird auto-correct ;)). Since children under 3 don't need tickets, although they are getting Magic Bands (so they won't feel left out), since there aren't any tickets linked to those Magic Bands, they can't be used to get FPs.

Because they don't have actual tickets they can't get FP+. So both your husband and yourself will have to get FP+ so that they can use them yes. You are correct in your assumption.
