I'm thinking about trying to switch our AKV reservation for late August to BCV. (We're traveling with our Nephews and I think they would love Storm Along Bay). I figure my best chance of getting the reservation is to call day by day, which I don't mind doing. But I am going to have to cancel our AKV reservation as I make the BCV reservation. I don't want to get halfway through the day by day calling and suddenly not be able to get one of the nights in the middle of the trip.
My question is, can I call member services say the day before I was going to start changing my reservation and find out what availability looks like for the week? Will member services give out this information? (And do they mind being "bothered" with these kind of requests?)
