Question about Pal Mickey

Last night before I fell asleep I came to the revelation that I have a Pal Mickey packed up in the garage. I had completely forgotten about it. lol

Since we are planning a surprise trip in Feb (our first trip since taking several years off from the "world"), I was hoping to take it with us. However, I found out they discontinued them several years ago.

My question is will mine still work at the parks? TIA!

yes he will still work in the parks, though the info will not be updated to anything new and may be innaccuarte. Things like the parade is at 3 will be correct but Mickey saying hmm watch out Captain Hook may be around here when near POTC will be wrong. The games and trivia stuff is a good way to pass time in lines, but we don't find him worth lugging around the parks anymore.
