Question about gift cards at T-Rex Cafe...

Every year I save use my MY POINTS points to get gift cards to RFC. This year we would like to try T-Rex Cafe instead. Do you think RFC gift cards will work there since they are owned by the same company? Sometimes the cards say Rainforest, sometimes they are just Landry's cards. I'm hoping they will work!

we used a Landry's gift card in KC at the T-Rex but they said they do not take Rainforest Cafe cards.

With the Build A Dino inside the store they do not take Build a Bear Gift Cards and will not mark your shopper card BUT if you save your reciept and take it to any build a bear they will credit your "stuff club" account there.

I got one just for this purpose because I read a post from someone else who had done it (I don't remember if it was on this board or another one). Anyhow, I got the gift card in the mail and it does just say Landry's on it, not RFC.

It's been reported you can use it at Yak & Yeti in AK. I'm hoping to use it at T-Rex in June.

Would love to hear from anyone whos used it there.

We used 2 Landry's gift cards that I cashed out for on My Points at Yak & Yet this past Sept. I was planning on cashing out for 2 more to use at T-Rex this June. I am assuming that because they are a Landry's rest. that they would accept them?

I would think so- I know I used RFC cards at Yak n Yeti before. Even the ones with the pic of RFC on the front- the back says, 'good at any Landry's owned restaurant'.

and when they came, they just said Landry's on them. We have used them at several Landry's restaurants, not just RC with no problem.
