Question about EMH at MK

On the Disney web site they list the closing time for MK as 11 p.m. on 3/26 and also list that day as an EMH (evening). Does that mean that MK will be open until 2 a.m. or is the EMH park not always open for 3 hrs. after it's scheduled closing time for that day?

The MK would be open until 2:00 am!
