Question about Discounts

I am planning a trip to WDW in March (9-16th) , and have not heard any word on discounts wether they be Florida Resident rate, 40% with code, 20% with DVD, or even the AP holder rate. I was not planning on booking anything until these rates came through, and I have a slight feeling that they wont! If you guys have heard about any discounts for these dates please let me in on the know. If not then maybe well have to plan a trip for forth of July! Thanks again!
