Question about concierge booked via Costco

We are quite a bit away from our first ever Disney Cruise (June 2024) but we booked a room via Costco Travel due to the gift card and another trip we did with them that went well.

The question I have is basically since we are going Concierge I know that I should be in contact with someone to book activities and attempt to get cabana etc., Once the final payment is made will someone reach out? do I have to reach out to someone at Disney? Just want to make sure I don't miss the time window to book.

Thanks

We booked concierge through Costco on our last cruise. The only time I had to deal with Costco was rescheduling our cruise bc of covid. Otherwise, we still received emails from DCL and shoreside.

You’re welcome! I really enjoyed the Costco gift card from our cruise, lol. What ship will you be on?
We are going on the Wish. Hope its not too overwhelming for the first one :-) I wish (ha) it was a bit longer but we are looking forward to it. Will likely do a few parks before doing the cruise.

We went on the Wish in January! It was our second cruise and first concierge. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but we had a great time. And the Dole Whip smoothie machine on the concierge sundeck was amazing.

We’re going on the Dream for 5 nights next year and it will be interesting to compare concierge on both ships.

We did our first Wish cruise two weeks ago. One thing I would recommend is if you are coming from the West Coast, do the theme parks after the cruise or at least stay a day. We did Animal Kingdom before the cruise and it was great but we flew back the same day as debarkation and it was hellish. By the time we got to our house we had been up for 22 hours straight.

Thanks for the tip on the Dole Whip machine. My wife will love that! Enjoy your Dream cruise.

Thanks for the tip. We are driving down from the east coast (only about a 5 hour drive).

Yes, you will book those via DCL's concierge services, not Costco.
