Question about calling for ADR'S?

start dialing at 6:57-6:58 and keep redialing until the lines open at 7AM. I'm new to ADRs and saw that tip from other DISer's. I dialed in twice before my 90 day mark and got thru every time right at 7:00 -7:01 with no wait.
