Last week DH purchased an Annual Pass Holder ticket Voucher at the local Disney Store. On the ticket, there is a 800 number which he has to puch in the voucher number and some other ID #'s and then he is talking to a CM toll free! He was so excited he was calling at least 2 times a day to check on the rates since we are schedualed to leave next month. All of a sudden after a couple days he couldn't get in...it was not allowing him. We figured out that maybe since he didn't actaully have it validated yet there was a limit to the calls he could make. He tried several phone calls with no answers other than that it wasn't working due to some issues between the Disney Store vs. Disney Company itself. I just wanted to know if this sounds about right to anyone else holding an AP Voucher? Is there a limit on the calls prior to activation? We have some additional plans to make like PS and it sure would have been nice to have that "perk" of a toll free call after spending all that money on AP's. The most frustrating part was calling around and not getting anyone that could even answer the question or know what we were talking about. Disney says to call Disney Store and Disney Store claims it's a Disney problem. Maybe this was a bad week with all that went down with Michael E, but I think this is sad that the 2 companies can't work together.
