I hope that Peg and her family had a great time in Minneapolis! It is great that they will be down too!! Went to Peg's this morning and heard all about Minneapolis....her youngest actually got a nasty stomach bug while they were there, but other than that, they had a great time!

Hope everyone had a great weekend and for my Canadian friends, I hope you're still enjoying your long weekend.

Jasmine is off to the USA for a day of shopping with Carrie-Lynn...those of you that read my January TR will remember her as our chauffer to the airport in the middle of the night She works with me but is only 3 years older than Jasmine and they have become quite close. CL was supposed to have gone with her girlfriends today but they all backed out and she was really upset at work last week. I told her Jasmine wasnt' working so to give her a call, of course my little Jas didn't think twice, it was a resounding YES! I dropped her off at CL's at 730 and they were off. I hope they have a fun day, I just worry about them on the highways, but I trust them both, what I don't trust is our weather. I told them I would watch it and that they were to let me know when they were leaving and I would let them know if they were going to run into any thunderstorms! Here is a pic from the airport in January so you know who CL is

More exciting news.....they're both going to WDW in November CL was supposed to go with her boyfriend but they recently broke up so she asked if I thought Jasmine would go with her. I was pretty sure that Jasmine wouldn't say no and to give her a call. I know you all know Jasmine said yes right away! It's my job now to plan everything Jasmine will be 18 by then (am I really that old) and the girl knows the place like the back of her hand so I know they won't get lost I am actually going to book their package today for the free dining and start looking at park hours etc. I asked if they wanted me to work afternoon breaks into the plans and I got that "are you kidding me" look....guess they don't need a break like mama does

So my friends, that's what I'll be spending my holiday Monday doing

Yes....3, can you speak!! I told her she was fully responsible for that one, there would be no money coming from me She's so excited! CL loves rides so I'm sure that's all they'll do! I think I'll cry when they leave....it's gonna be hard, but I'm happy for them bothI think

I've missed you, but I hope you really enjoyed your vacation! I think it's the 28th, it was one of the days we weren't going to a park....but I'll double check I can't wait to hear what the girls decide to wear!

I did a girls only trip in 2005 and we had a blast...it's a completely different vacation than when you go with the kids. We made it more about good evening meals, cocktails in the middle of the day....it was so fun

It is exciting and I hope it actually works out for them. Another girl wants to join them so that would help with the cost too. We know how the best laid plans sometimes don't always work out....but we'll keep our fingers crossed. The great thing about it is, if it doesn't all work out this time, there will always be a next time. Jasmine is a very serious saver when it comes to things she wants, so we'll see
