Amen dear Pea and thank you so much also Daisy

I'm hoping to go Tuesday. The movie was awesome. I laughed, and I cried. There might have been 20 people in the theater, which surprised me. There were only 3 kids in all of those people.

Happy Birthday Toto!!Today is Toto’s birthday. He is 12!
Here he is tethered here to G so he can’t run off into the woods chasing chipmunks! It is really funny watching them run and sniff being attached to one another, it makes me laugh! G stays close and won’t let him go anywhere he’s not supposed to go - good boy, G!

Thank you!
I have not seen Wicked. I know my SIL and niece are really into it, too. Can someone explain what it’s about? (I know it’s based on the Wizard of Oz, but that’s all I know!)
Oh, like a prequel? Thanks for explaining. I did not see Maleficent and didn’t realize those movies were related.Did you see Maleficent?
It's kind of like that was for Sleeping Beauty - how did the villain in the Wizard of Oz come to be who she was?
The first half was backstory, and this half will run into the 1938 movie, and kind of show it from the other side.
'Kind of' is an understatement, there was really very little related to the original in this second part.kind of
If you are interested in a fun book, read Wicked by Gregory Maguire. The musical and movie are based on that. I read it when it was first published, before backstories for fictional characters were a thing, and it was so much fun! Maguire has other books about fictional characters -- haven't read all of them, but they're on my list.Thank you!

I read it when it first came out too. It sparked my interest enough that when it came to Broadway, I had to see it. I've seen it twice since then.If you are interested in a fun book, read Wicked by Gregory Maguire. The musical and movie are based on that.
