Good sunny Saturday. Temps near 90 again, no rain in sight.

The garden is a jungle. I swear if I counted the big green tomatoes, I would be in triple digits. There are so many! Only some big ripe yellow ones and little cherry ones so far, but others are starting to turn red.

@Judique Hope your daughter feels better. The hospital told my SIL that they are seeing a slight recurgence in cases, I hope it doesn't continue. My SIL has to quarantine for 5 days from the positive hospital test and wear a mask for the next 5 after that. She's already making plans to go out on Wednesday.

Off to strip and remake the bed and figure out dinner.

Quiet Saturday here. Dad and I are going to do a we bought at Dollar Tree, one of two puppy puzzles actually. That will be fun. looking forward to a relaxing day and one in which dad thank God is staying home! Tomorrow will be extra special to me because the children at Carol's church will be leading worship. It always fills my heart extra to hear young voices lifted in praise to God.

Good morning everyone. Day 2 of my weekend was really great. We drove to Maryland for one game for my grandson's tournament. They were crushed in the first game that we missed but he was awarded player of the game. The game we attended he hit a triple, laid down a perfect bunt that not only scored a run but he was safe as well, and then a sacrifice fly that scored a run. It was a great game and I'm so glad we went down for it.

On the way home Jim's friend treated for dinner and as much as I hate rest stops we at at the Chesapeake House stop. I had my very first Earl of Sandwich meal. I will have to try the one in Disney Springs to compare but it wasn't bad.

Now to see what today's surprises are in store for me.

Good sunny Sunday. 90 again today, chance of storms this afternoon. We need the rain so I hope so. I'm tired of watering the garden 2x a day. Cukes are coming on like crazy and picked the first 2 ripe red tomatoes yesterday.
Dave and his brother Daryl are supposed to come today so Daryl can see what has to be done and tell me when he can start. Hopefully next week. Never did hear back from the other painter, she ignored my texts so all of her stuff is in a box waiting to go in the trash on Wednesday. I deleted her phone number from my phone and deleted all the texts. I am so over it.

The guy next door who was supposed to cut down those hedges, told me he would get to it in a day or 2. I guess he got into it with the neighbor up behind us who hired him. He cut down everything on their side, but only half on mine. And everything he already cut has grown back close to a foot. So he has to start all over again. I'm just tired of looking at it.

Nothing exciting going on around here. Off to vacuum and then wash the floors.

Happy Birthday dear Taz! Happy Sunday Everyone. to all, always!

I am so looking forward to online worship a little later. As I shared yesterday, this morning's service will be led by the children of a music camp. Young voices lifted in praise to Christ, forever bring me extra joy because I believe it does to Him!

I don't like going out on the weekend and that goes extra on Sundays! For me Sundays are an extra holy day of rest to be stiller, more prayerful, and appreciative. This morning I will be going to Target and possibly 99 as well. My poor feet are just not happy. Praying to find something at Target. Dad and I may end up going to Skechers tomorrow instead of as we had planned on Thursday depending on what we find today. All I know is until a week ago, I never had any foot trouble! I sure am extra thankful now for that blessing! All good. How blessed I am to be able to walk period Take care of your feet friends especially on hard flooring!

Good afternoon (almost afternoon here) for most all of dear you

I am long safely home. Dad, God willing, will soon be as well. He went to Pavilions after taking me home. I did get these Pink Sandals at Target. They only cost us 16 Cents, too! Earlier this week, we had a coupon for $10 off a $60 purchase in store. At the store, the discount didn't work so Guest Services gave us a $10 Gift Card which we used this morning. I am sure these shoes help my poor sore I love the happy color and that they are comfortable and supportive, too. Best part for me, is that the straps unlike the Amazon slippers which need to be returned, don't press down on my sore foot! I will keep all of you posted long term how they work out. Prayers most appreciated!

I so enjoyed watching God's Children at Carol's Church. Precious kiddos indeed that I believe brought delight and joy to Him! Today's Hymn was a familiar one to me that I really like Lift High the Cross.

Dad cashed in our Coinstar money for over $28 at Old Navy which will allow us free credit there later in the week or to come. He, also, has $2 in Old Navy Rewards.

Happy Birthday Tazdev!

I am back at Kenny's after spending a couple of hours with Jeff and the grandkids. Sam is 14 months but he seems older. He is already having tantrums when he doesn't get his way. He takes after Nana! I still want to stomp my feet when things don't go my way and for the past 2 years I have wanted to do alot of foot stomping! We played games and the kids take them seriously! I won Candy Land which they did not like at all. But we had fun and I just soothed over any hard feelings. They love the Annie's gummies I bring and this time Sam wanted some. I have to remember to bring him some goldfish crackers next time.

I have a dilemma about transport from Beach Club Villas back to MCO when I go to WDW in Sept. I am scheduled to take the Mears bus from MCO to the resort and back again. You get from the airport to the report OK, just not quickly. However I have read in many places Mears is not too reliable in picking up at the resort to go back to MCO. Some guests have been left standing at the resort with no bus. It makes me nervous. I am not a fan of Uber, not putting it down, but just as a woman traveling I am not comfortable. Jeff and family are using a car service to go from their resort to MCO this month. It is Orlando Magical Trans. It gets good reviews. Aimee talked with the woman and emailed them. She is happy with her choice. It is pricier for me to use them but I want reliability at this point and no issues getting back to the airport. Traveling alone for the first time is daunting enough without issues. Any thoughts on this or suggestions? I don't want to be nervous my whole trip about any getting to the airport issues. Thanks in advance.

Jeff and family are using a car service to go from their resort to MCO this month. It is Orlando Magical Trans. It gets good reviews. Aimee talked with the woman and emailed them. She is happy with her choice. It is pricier for me to use them but I want reliability at this point and no issues getting back to the airport. Traveling alone for the first time is daunting enough without issues. Any thoughts on this or suggestions?

If Jeff and Aimee have a good experience this month, then I would probably book them for your trip (is it next month?) I think you're right that peace if mind is important this time, even if it's a little pricier.

Flea market went well, but I'm exhausted! Will chat more soon.

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes.

My first Happy Birthday was at 12:23 from my granddaughter, she likes to be first and her friends all wished me a happy birthday. Church, really my mom, had a cake and sang Happy Birthday. I went out for a bit with Crystal and managed to finish 3 Christmas gifts for Jim's family. Between Bath & Body Works and Boscov's sales I got nice gifts for his SIL and nieces that look way more expensive than they were. I like to save money when I can but also be thoughtfu.

I used one of my free birthday offers and got a Frappuccino from Starbucks and Jim insisted that I was not cooking so we ordered from a small BBQ place near us, not a chain store. The food is decent and I didn't have to worry about the allergy PLUS I have enough for dinner tomorrow so that was a plus. I also ordered dessert instead of buying a cake that neither of us really need.

All in all it was a good day and a great weekend. I just have 4 more birthday freebies to use up including a sundae and water ice. Diet starts again next week.

Welp today is gonna be a fun day!

We’ll see- I’m in the orange, but 3/4 of the time it fizzles out before it gets to us! I can do without the possible damaging hail but otherwise if we do get it I’ll be out on the porch enjoying it! I guess it depends on how much sun we get during the first half of the day.

Good morning all. Productive weekend around here. All the usual mowing plus a fair bit of bush hogging, plus family over Saturday afternoon/evening. Planning on being out at jobsites this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon. We did start preparing the garden bed location for next year’s gardens. We don’t necessarily regret not putting one in this year, we knew we didn’t have the time this year- but we did miss not having one.
I’d better get myself in gear, I need to get moving. Have a great morning everyone.

Dad and I will be going this morning to a humungous Skechers Outlet Store about 45 minutes to an hour awayWe do have a $15 Reward to use so are extra to both find new

Thank you all so much for your extra and prayer. I will be sharing what's been going on with a doctor and at least one other healthcare professional. Dad did just see his primary who told him that our hard floors, poor socks and shoes, etc are not a healthy or happy foot combination! Since my own trouble only came to be with not wearing slippers, at this point, I'm not concerned beyond that. I will also never again take healthy feet for granted and should this not resolve itself in the next week or two at most, I absolutely will see someone! Extra reminder to please take care of your feet.
