Happy belated birthday to Anthony, Taz

I truly hope he had a fun day and got to celebrate. He indeed sounds like a fantastic young man! God Bless him. Hug to you, my friend and what a cool discovery!

ITA with you (and PollyannaMom) about decluttering! I told this to Carol yesterday and have shared on here before, too. Over the last several years it has been so freeing for me to declutter and let go of "stuff." I can be sentimental about some things but am not a "stuff" lady in general. It has brought me such joy to be able to pass onto others (who could use whatever item) to do so! I long ago learned that if anything from an old photo or card to something bigger is no longer bringing me a smile or positive memory to look back upon or is not being actively used by me in a way period let alone in one that is of service to God, than it is high time it goes! Such a good feeling!
PollyannaMom, I liked new school supplies, too

Not school so much just the idea of starting fresh.

Frog and always good to see you, friend, thanks for stopping by to check in with us. Thank you also for your kind words about my dad especially. Praise God, he is doing just fine and was given wonderful health related news last week as well. We are so blessed indeed by God and His continuing Grace and Mercy! Lol to the mail. I'm in the thick of organizing some packages and envelopes right now--taking a break. In my very soul, the GIFT of Christmas (and every single day) is Jesus! Sure Santa is a lot of fun as are stockings but He is Who I pray to extra serve and give thanks to during the Christmas season. I do enjoy sending out Christmas cards and this year will send out some postcards, too, to help offset postage cost. The reason I'm able to mail out these extra packages is as I told Carol, because some items (such as what I'm expecting this afternoon) has multiple components to it--like the magnets so that makes it an extra gift to me to be able to share with some extra friends that way. I was thrilled at the magnets and better that because they are completely flat, they can simply go inside an envelope. Dad mailed last week one larger white envelope with a Christmas card and magnet all wrapped inside that cost under $1 to send. If I had needed to place this inside a padded envelope the cost would have been much higher so I've learned that how you send something sure matters! Next year I will be sending out 95% cards/postcards along with (always, anyway) extra prayer along with only a few packages some of which will be directly sent to the recipient via
Amazon or Paperback Swap!

I hope you are able to easily get done your needed shopping! Definitely try to mail early! I just am so thankful to be able to do so before the rates go up even higher.
Enjoy your shows, Kirby
To all, please let me know by PM (if you don't know that I am already doing so) if you would like getting a Christmas card or postcard. I would be happy to send more Quackers some happy mail in December. Always, and in all ways, you each have my word that anything you share with me in confidence be it your mailing info or something even more personal will remain 100%++ between us.
Wishing all of you, a great rest of Monday afternoon.
