TUESDAY UPDATE:
It turns out that our sever issue came back. It is our top priority to fix this because some people can access the site and some can’t. Our plan for today is to try to separate the control panel (what we use internally) from the member site and balance them between two servers. If that does not work we will create a backup QR site for temporary use until we rewrite the current code from scratch. In other words if within a day or two the site will still keep going down we will quickly create another version of QR from scratch using another language similar to what our competitors use. I was told this would not take more then a day or two since my programming team know that language very well and have a lot of experience with it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
-A lot of members are now able to login. We still have about 400 emails to respond to because they didn’t get a confirmation code or can’t login. If you are experiencing problems logging in (assuming the site is accessible) please email support@quickrewards.net

-TRANSFERS: WE DID NOT TRANSFER OLD QR to NEW QR balances/referrals yet because of these hosting issues. We hope to get this done today or tomorrow. DO NOT WORRY. YOUR BALANCE WAS NOT LOST IF YOU LOGIN AND SEE $0 IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

-Because we are moving control panels, we still don’t have access to cash outs As soon as we do we will start processing the payments.

Thanks. I hope you get this taken care of soon - for YOUR sake. You have to be EXHAUSTED!!!! We love QR, so we won't be going anywhere!

Thanks for letting us know. Just wondering (or maybe a suggestion), are you going to give out any bonuses for all the clicks we have done that didn't credit? I didn't even send anything in about most of them, since you are so backed up. Would it be easier to just give all of us a bonus instead of trying to credit each of us for clicks we didn't receive credit for?

I don't have a way of calculating who clicked on what in the clicks section. I only know who did offers which we will insert into accounts. I will create a promotion and rate boosts for a lot of things. I am not going to think about this yet since I want to make sure these problems are fixed first.

Thanks so much for keeping us updated. I can't even imagine how frustrating this has been for you! We all know that you are doing everything in your power to get your new site up and running. Hopefully, for your sake, it will all work out soon! Keep your chin up - your loyal disboard clickers will still be here waiting patiently!:thumbsup2
 
Dmitry and his programmers should have taken out stock with the NoDoze company. He's got to be as tired as a mom with a newborn. Hang in there, the site will get better.

On the clicks, where it says submit tracking, if I did one of those for the clicks and put in the comment field I wasn't getting credit, do you get those?

Just wanted to let you know Dmitry that I can't access the site at all. I've only gotten into the site twice I think since you put the new one up and have only been able to click on 3 clicks. Hopefully the problems will be solved shortly and you can finally sleep!
