TUESDAY UPDATE:
It turns out that our sever issue came back. It is our top priority to fix this because some people can access the site and some cant. Our plan for today is to try to separate the control panel (what we use internally) from the member site and balance them between two servers. If that does not work we will create a backup QR site for temporary use until we rewrite the current code from scratch. In other words if within a day or two the site will still keep going down we will quickly create another version of QR from scratch using another language similar to what our competitors use. I was told this would not take more then a day or two since my programming team know that language very well and have a lot of experience with it.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
-A lot of members are now able to login. We still have about 400 emails to respond to because they didnt get a confirmation code or cant login. If you are experiencing problems logging in (assuming the site is accessible) please email support@quickrewards.net
-TRANSFERS: WE DID NOT TRANSFER OLD QR to NEW QR balances/referrals yet because of these hosting issues. We hope to get this done today or tomorrow. DO NOT WORRY. YOUR BALANCE WAS NOT LOST IF YOU LOGIN AND SEE $0 IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
-Because we are moving control panels, we still dont have access to cash outs As soon as we do we will start processing the payments.
