$185 for 150 points. Just under $28k. On the higher end of what was expected. Still, this is a pass, I'm afraid. Wonder how sales will fare. High end PP costs and a fairly troubling points chart. On the up side, a resort without resale restrictions. It should put downward pressure on Poly resale. Guess this isn't the quarter where I cough up the cash for a blue card, though I was thinking it might be. Unless there's a mad rush to buy here, I'm guessing the incentives will be a little better in about six months.

Sorry… red wine math…. I saw the current member price of $215 and then took off $10 and then another $20.

Good question. And if it is $195, not $185, that's a hard pass here. There will clearly be some less-price-focused buyers tomorrow--but I doubt this price will net what was expected. But, as always, we'll see. On the upside, I think that Disney would like to have this place mostly sold in about three years before Reflections--or whatever it's now called--is near finished. So the game plan seems to be to start high and see how that goes and then reduce if necessary.

Not surprised honestly. The base price of $225 will go up at the end of the year so even though this is ugiy it may still be the best.

$10 per point Developer Credit starting at 150 points. TBH, I could’ve seen them put only $5-8 per point credit. Have they adjusted the incentives once they open sales to new members? I don’t remember right now.
