Has anyone tried the 2 courses offered at Disney and which one do you like? We are going at christmas time so maybe we will try the christmas one. This is a great first day starter since we won't be going to the parks on our first day there. Any advice is appreciated.

We played at Fantasia Gardens, behind the Swan. There are two courses, one is ridiclously difficult and the other fun. ;-)

We have done the Fantasia Gardens one (at night) and loved it. The theme was fantastic. There is also another minigolf course there too. We have also done the 'winter' side of WinterSummerland (during the day) and enjoyed that one as well.

However, if I had to pick, I would go back to Fantasia Gardens!

Enjoy!

DD and I have played on both courses. Winter Summerland(right next to Blizzard Beach) and Fantasia. My favorite (theming was a hoot) was the Winter Summerland courses. We played during the day and in the evening. There are two courses - one winter themed the other summer themed. The courses were not so difficult. If you play one round the second is half price.

Fantasia was okay - we only played the one course there, and it was a bit harder than Winter Summerland, but still enjoyable.

We played over winter break, when we wanted to stay out of the parks due to the extra holiday visitors, but still wanted to be at WDW!!!

I have a few pics in my photobucket account (click on My Pictures, below), Disney Mini Golf folder, one folder for each location.

I'm a big fan of the "Gardens" course at Fantasia ... not the "Fairways" course, that one looks to be beyond my skill level.

(My skill level amounts to putting the ball off the "green" into the water on hole #17 at "Gardens", 3 of the 4 times I've played that course)

We really enjoyed the "winter" side of Winter Summerland during our Thanksgiving 2002 trip - DH and kids plan to try out the "summer" side this time (Spring Break!! Leaving in 4 days!). :cool1:

We have played all of them and enjoy each course. Our favorite is probably the Fairways course at Fantasia Gardens. It really isn't as bad as it looks.

We had a blast at Fantasia Gardens on our last trip. Cant wait to try another course next time!

Fantasia Gardens is great! I would probably choose based on my party. Winter Summerland seems to be more geered for kids (although adults would enjoy it too). The Winter/Christmas course is the better of the two. If you have kids I would play that course. If not I would go to Fantasia Gardents for the challenge of the more difficult course.
