Purhasing TiW?

I have purchased and AP, but have to swap/activate it upon arrival at WDW. As I undetstand it I cannot purchase the TiW card until I obtain my actual AP. So my question is can I purchase the TiW card at the same time and place as I swap my AP voucher for the actual AP? We are staying at BLT so I think the closest place it guest services outside of MK. I hope to be able to use the TiW the night we arrive.

Yes, you can do it at the same time. And MK guest services sounds like the right place for BLT'rs!

We usually rent a car and if we need guest services stuff (rewards card, AP renewal, TIW purchase) we stop at DTD on the way to the resort and get that out of the way. But that's just our routine. MK guest services will work fine.

It's a quick walk (5-10 minutes) from the Contemporary to the Magic Kingdom. If you have a bag, you'll have to go through Security bag check and head to the right to get to Guest Relations. You can exchange your AP voucher for the active AP and purchase the Tables in Wonderland card at the same time, no problem.
