I am wondering, if we are going to disney in Jan 2007 & I want to purchase the tickets now, and they are offering a free upgrade discount can I get the discounted tickets and use them then?

The free upgrade is only available as part of a complete package that is being offered for a limited time. The free upgrade is not available on individually purchased tickets that aren't part of a package.
