Purchasing resale at Boardwalk Villas - would you do it?

Go for it! I'm 34 and in ROFR for BWV, my first contract. My family loves the Epcot festivals, we always visit at least once a year during each F&G and F&W, and when park hopping in normal times we go to Epcot each day to graze at the festival booths. Owning at Boardwalk makes sense for me based on location, amenities, and cost; I consider DVC an investment in my future vacations at Disney rather than a means to make money in a hypothetical future resale, so the 2042 date doesn't outweigh other considerations to me. 22 years is long enough for a resort I love, tho I am planning to add on at AKV or Poly for a longer contract in the future to have more points and options.
