Purchasing re-sale thru Disney

It is my opinion that DVC cannot take away the ability to trade to other DVC resorts from resale buyers as long as those resorts are in the club. As the POS and FL statutes read, I do not believe this is legally possible. Therefore I do not believe it's possible to restrict a resale buyer of a current resort to being able to only reserve at that resort as long as the resort is in the club. The only way this could happen is if the resort they owned at were removed from DVC. It MAY be possible to give certain owners an advantage through a VIP program but I think that's doubtful. Exchange options are not guaranteed and could be restricted but I think it's unlikely the main exchange company would be restricted so. I do expect the BVTC to be removed at some point from resale buyer options but you never know.
