Help I had to cancel our family trip in beginning of Jan to Florida. I just remembered that I had already purchased and booked dates at Universal parks for the entire family for 2 days as well as Disney parks for 5 days. I hope too goodness these are not wasted now cause I hoped to rebook later in the year. Can someone please make me feel better that I didn't waste all that hard earned money on tickets that we didn't use yet?
I am literally at work and remembered and literally burst into tears about maybe wasting all that money.

Just send them an email or call their customer service. Generally, unless they were a promo ticket that expired after a certain date, the tickets can be used at another time.

Hopefully, even if they were date specific promo tickets, they will allow you to pay the difference to regular tickets for later use. Good luck, fingers crossed for you!

They were not promo tickets. I purchased from Undercover tourist company. I will have to call them after work today and hopefully they will extend them. I was told with Disney tickets that you have 12 months too use them. Is that also correct?

Thank you for the idea and the link. I have emailed and hope they get back to me. I looked on tickets and they state good for Jan 9 to 13 2022 for 2 days, so I asked that they extend them or refund me.

Universal won't refund you unless you purchased the tickets from them. A refund would need to come from the company your purchased them from. I would imagine they will just give you instructions about using them in the future.

We had annual passes that we purchased before the pandemic hit but that expired during the pandemic. They gave us 4 day tickets for our visit that occurred well after our APs expired that we used in December 2021.

When my son was unable to travel due to COVID, Universal was able to upgrade his ticket to an annual pass which has no dates. It was a third party ticket, but they did it anyway.

OK I have not heard from Under cover Tourist yet but only one day. If I don't hear from anyone by Friday morning maybe will call or even call universal studios. I wonder if I should call Disney as well about those tickets just too make sure no idea when we will be able to go. Hopefully will be able to go for Easter. Is that a good time to go or crazy busy?

When I had to request my UCT refund on Universal tickets, they never responded to an email. It took two phone calls, the morning call was never returned. I believe their policy is if the request is within 90 days of purchase, they refund 95% after verification the tickets were not used. I don't know how this works with an expired ticket. Universal will not help with third party tickets. I had linked the UCT purchased Disney tickets in the app and was able to change the use date in the app but I believe that had to be done before the first day of use. Best wishes with this.

OK everyone I waited online for 3 hours with a 2 hour wait time for Disney. Finally got tired of waiting and ended up calling Under cover Tourist and they said that Disney would not be able too do anything since third party purchase. So I called the company and they gave me 95% back if I sent them a picture of actually tickets all cut up. Which made me cry to do that but all that money would have been wasted if not. I get my other 5% back once I rebook in next 30 days then call them to get reimbursed.
Thanks for all the ideas everyone
