Maybe we'll be going at the same time next year. Are you going in December?

I haven't decided when in 2010 yet but early December was one of the possibilities !! I m also going in Sept. this year!!Next year I am thinking about October, November or December !!I have been late April early May and now mid May and also Feb !! Feb was great crowd wise but not too warm!!Coming from the North I like it too be warm when I go in our cooler months !!

So Friday I went to get my hair colored. I brought a picture of me with that color hair. First time around my hair turned orange. (BTW this is a professional hair stylist that has been doing hair for 15 years) Then the second time the hair still didn't change much. Then the third time she got it a dark brown with yellow blonde highlights. By then it was 9:30 at night and I'd been there since 1:30. Yes 8 hours...I was ticked. I left saying it was pretty. It did look caramel in her lights. At home I saw that it was yellow. I texted her that night and said I need to come back tomorrow. I went back in at 10:30 yesterday and she put in a semi permanent color it's like chocolate brown with some caramel highlights. I'm happy now. It's still not the picture but Oh Well. I'll be finding a new hairdresser. If my hair couldn't go from that dark to that light brown/caramel then she should have told me that its a transitional process. I would have been fine with that. She shouldn't have tried if it couldn't be done in one day. I don't know this stuff. It's her job to know what is possible. I swear!!! Why can't people be professional. I didn't come in there demanding for that color. I asked if it was possible and she tried it. But it's over and my hair is pretty. That's all that matters.

Oh my gosh! How frustrating! One time, I had a lady take 2.5 hours to cut my hair and I was so upset--I can't imagine being there for 8 hours!!!! I'm glad you like it now though. Post a picture!

Thanks for reading! You are going to have so much fun! I can't believe you get to stay for 17 days! Wow! That's my dream. Will you make a TR when you get back?

We are having a Dis Meet on May 13 at noon at the safari ride if you'd like to join us. The more the merrier!

I think Wendy posted the Sanaa link. I'm very thankful for it too! I'm very excited to eat there. Our ADR is May 15.

I hope you have so much fun in May! Maybe we'll run into each other.

I can't actually find any photos of the cakes. Thought about doing one at CRT when we have lunch. She likes pink, chocolate and strawberries! Any thoughts?

Part one has more pictures in the first few posts than part two. Part two is a lot of talking.

I think if you want the cake customized it has to be a ten inch. You could get the cinderella's slipper with mousse put on top of the cake. That would be pretty. I think you can only get the slipper at GF or CRT. I'm not sure.

What do you think about doing tshirts for our May meet at AKL? We could just do a design and then each family could iron it on themselves. That way we don't have to pay for shipping!!! Let me know. I will check around to see if anyone can make one! Let me know your ideas.

That's 21 people. I asked on the attractions thread about the safari truck. We will be able to all fit. We will have to ask to be in the same truck though. They may try to split us up.

We will meet at noon unless something changes and one of you can't meet at that time.

Bertegirl is getting a design made for us so we can have matching shirts. Once it's done she'll probably post it on her PTR. You can copy it to your computer, print it onto a transfer and iron it on your shirts.

This will be so much fun!!
