Oh, I am totally just staring at the MNSSHP map now that it's out. I also am glued to Twitter since a few people I follow are tweeting from the first party tonight!

Haha that's awesome!! I thought they might take away the trick or treat spots along the Toon Town path but they are still there That path is gold for getting tons of candy! We typically hit that part early because it tends to line up as the night goes on!

30 days ugh!!! It's going to kill me! I haven't gotten the pretty luggage tag package in years since we went in 2007..all the other trips have been with a CM discount = no pretty luggage tags! It will give me around 20-25 days (give or take) to send the package w/DME to the girls which is good.

Thanks! I just took 2 practice tests of just Lang Arts questions and missed 0 on one and 5 on another which is way better than my actual scores where I've been missing 13+ questions a test I'm off to do the math section now which is my 2nd worse section of the exam!

You will probably get your MYW package around 29-28 days out, that's when I usually get mine! Some people get theirs sooner but I'm never that lucky! Whatever, as long as I get it, I don't care! I can't wait to be that close to my trip so I can start stalking the mailbox!

MICKEY MAIL AND MUCH MORE!

Did everyone have a good weekend???

I bet you're wondering about my test. Well, I got up bright and early and was there extra early even though it was at my former college and I know my way around! We started the exam early and I opened the first page look down and IT WAS THE SAME EXACT EXAM THAT I TOOK IN JULY! I couldn't believe it. I hope I passed but I sat there thinking okay I missed this many in July now which ones was it that I missed. We shall see. The proctor said we'd know in 3 weeks.

On another not so happy note, I decided to try spray tanning again for the wedding as I had bought the spray tan last weekend, used it, hated it, washed it off right away but still had a free one to use. I tried it again today and came out with a huge dark streak of the tan on the side of my arm. I washed it off the best I could and waited the 4 hours to shower and I still have many areas of blotches so I pray it fades by Friday!

Now for the PTR and other goodies!

MICKEY MAIL!!!

Last Wednesday I was looking through the mail and had 2 Mickey Mails! One was my DME and another was for my Disney Visa Rewards!

I looked at DME first as if you know my history with DME and WDW reservations trying to set it up..you know that they NEVER EVER get it right! So here goes..3 girls, 3 different cities, 3 different times, 3 different airlines, 3 different dates..

Page 1: Arrival..all correct
Page 2: Departure..all the same day leaving instead of my one friend leaving a day early.
So I called DME directly, they fixed it in the system and we should be good to go Not a horrible mix-up this time!!

Next, I looked at the Rewards mail:

And that was the Mickey Mail! We have 33 days to go and still didn't receive the coveted WDW package with the special luggage tags but hopefully soon!


As many of you know, my BFF/College Roomie is getting married this weekend and I have spent most of the day shopping and starting to pack to head to Pittsburgh this weekend! I thought I would show you some Pre-wedding pictures!

First, my bridesmaid dress..

The dress is similar to the brides but hers is obviously white..

All in all between the dress, shipping, and alterations is was around $310 which is sad because I'll probably wear it once! My cousins wedding in Nov had her girls buy all the same color cocktail dress at David's Bridal but they could choose the style which would be awesome!

Then I thought I need jewelry bc I'm not sure what she bought for us and I'm still trying to find a bracelet:

From JCP for $12

Mom and I also hit the dollar spot today at Target and got some really good sales there.. .25 stuff!

I also needed some make-up stuff for the wedding and found this on sale for $7:

We also hit up Kohls and they had shirts on sale and I got 30% off using my Kohls charge so I got these 2 shirts for a total of $14 instead of $40

And I'm not sure if I said it but I'm not only in the wedding but doing the hair for the 3 flower girls. I'm doing the FAIRYTALE hair style from BBB complete with tiara and hidden mickey! I went to Sallys today since BBB gets the products from there and bought all the similar products. It was $28 total but if I want to do the hair and quick, I might as well do it with products that I'm familiar with so we will be recreating BBB on Saturday!

So far, and I haven't really even started to pack but I'm already at 3 bags plus 2 dresses in bags lol. Good thing I'm driving!!

Well that's it! I hope my next update will be about our WDW Mickey Mail and if not, it will be about the Wedding!

AWAY FOR THE WEEKEND!

I normally don't post during the week but I just wanted to say a quick adios before I head out of town for the weekend!

This weekend is my BFF's wedding so I'll be heading to Pittsburgh Thurs-Sun for all the festivities! I got more mickey mail this week so I'll be posting that when I return either on Sunday or Monday!!

I wanted to ask you

I think I had mentioned before that my friend and her party are leaving day before us. Do you think I should call up ME like you did, so they can fix it in their system now or should I Just wait and tell them at the front desk like day before they have to leave?



EDITED TO ADD:

I ended up calling ME and they changed my friends return flight to day before ours. I was afraid if I did it at resort, they might end up checking us all out a day early instead of them. I think I worry to much..LOL

HEY EVERYONE!!!

Just wanted to let you know that the wedding weekend was great! I jinxed myself when I said that I don't care if I don't sleep but I need to make it through Saturday! I woke up yesterday sick and I'm sick today The weather changes here have been crazy and most of my kids are sick at school so I was sent home early today and I'm going to spend the rainy/cold night in bed

I've posted wedding pics on FB if you are my friend..if not, you'll have to wait till the weekend!!!

Haha..ya I would have told you to call DME directly. I'll be posting updates soon but M decided to change her whole entire plan of the trip, including flights so I had to get her the DME number for her to call and update her new flight info!

****Hi Everyone!! Just wanted to say that I'm feeling a little better. I finally gave in and went to the dr. yesterday (I'm not paying $157 a month for insurance for nothing right!?) and found out I have a bacterial sinus infection which is contagious. I didn't know that those were contagious but I was ordered to be off work today and yesterday so here I am, not sleeping at all and catching up on Dis!!

The wedding went very well and pics and an update will follow soon! For now I'm going to head back to bed and start uploading on photobucket this afternoon!!
