PSB - should I be worried?

I have seen several bad reviews lately for the lunch, but not much on the breakfast. I booked this for DH and I in September because we did not get to meet any of the princesses in March when with DS8. What does everyone think of the food? My husband does not eat fruit or eggs, and I see both on the menu. I would hate for him to be disappointed - even if he is getting his picture made with the girls. Also, which princesses have you seen lately? Our ADR is for 10:25, so I guess we could do a lunch somewhere instead. Must be in Epcot, though.

Thanks,

We made AR's there also when I could have gotten CRT (I got through with NO wait at 7am) and we're on the free dining plan. At the time I made them, everyone on these boards was saying CRT was changing to Cinderella only and no other princesses would be there and I knew my DD's would want more princesses. Lately I've been hearing that all the regular princesses are still at CRT for breakfast. Now I feel like I made a mistake.

Can anyone out there provide some encouraging words for us about PSB? :confused3

We love PSB, we have done the breakfast 3 times and we enjoy it every time. We have seen Belle, Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine Snow White. We enjoy both. The PSB starts off with a sample of fruit and some type of cinnamon roll/danish. Then you get a family style dish with eggs, bacon, a type of potato hash brown which DH loves and sausage (the fat kind). I usually don't eat much and neither do DD because they are so excited, i think the experience is worth it. I usually just eat a little fruit and the cinnamon roll/danish and I am fine.
We are going to try Dinner in Dec to hopefully see Ariel, I am a little worried about some of the reviews but I don't eat much at breakfast so I am sure I will find something to eat. Worth it to see the princesses.
Our family loves PSB so don't worry and have fun.

Your husband could fill up on sausage/bacon and cinnamon rolls and potatoes. The food is good. Also, since my husband has a dairy allergy, they made him a special plate that included a waffle. Perhaps you could inquire about a substitute.

they also offer a "healthy" alternative of Muslix... But you're right eggs and fruit are on the regular menu, he could skip those and just eat the potatoe casserole, bacon, sausage, biscuits. though, the food is scrumpdilliumptious

We've eaten there twice and enjoyed the food both times. I thought the rolls were very good. I love, love, love the potato casserole. Yummy...

Everything comes in a big skillet. I have "food touching issues". Not sure if that would be a big deal for your husband if eggs touched sausage or got in his potatoes, but it would be a huge issue for me.

I found that my daughter (3) enjoyed the princesses the most when she saw them in the MK. Cinderella,Aurora and Snow White are in the tent and Ariel at her Grotto. They give you much more time and look the part better. The food in the castle is slightly better than PSB,IMHO!! Have fun!!!! :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:
