We go a few times a year but mostly in the off seasons. We generally don't make PS arrangements and most of the time the ones we do make are after we arrive. But this trip is over July 4th weekend. We will be staying at Yatch Club and would like to try Yatchman Steakhouse, Artist Point, Cal Grill and possibly Flying fish. Did I screw up by not making PS arrangements a month ago ? Should I be calling first thing tomorrow ? Or will the resort restaurants be readily availible without PS ?

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm in the same boat. We're leaving tomorrow-Sunday.:Pinkbounc I have made 3 PS's, but I may try to change the time on one that's a character dinner.

It sounds like a lot of people make PS's and don't use them. I know there's a number you can call for PS's (we're at the Dolphin). My question is: what is the earliest in the a.m. that you can call?

How likely is it that I can get a PS for the same day?

If I don't have a PS, what kind of wait am I looking at?

Thanks so much!

Tomorrow we're in WDW!!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Okay, you two, listen up. ;)

Check out my site's FAQ for most of your questions. Many people make PS the day before and even the morning of. Most WDW restaurants don't run out of PS space except for popular character meals, holidays and Epcot restaurants on Friday and Saturday evenings (many locals have the Epcot meal plan).

WDW Dining opens every day at 7 AM, eastern time. Without a PS, and if the restaurant is busy, people have been turned away. This happens alot for Epcot restaurants and character meals during traditional meal times. If you like to eat a late breakfast, lunch or early dinner, you will have better luck.

BTW, some people have called an hour before to get a PS time so as not to wait. You can dial *88 from any WDW pay phone to get WDW Dining.

Good Luck!! :teeth:
