I think the reason Michael and Nina couldn't go after Vincent anymore was because he had full confidence (real or fake) in his design. They wouldn't get him to back down.

Let's see them construct something that will look good on a c cup or higher, and with real hips...maybe even some love handles!It's easy to give the illusion of more bust, hip, etc but much more difficult to hide it, or design something that celebrates femaleness, without crossing the "tasteful" line.
