Has anyone else had problems with reservations made/requested on the member website. I recently requested a one-bedroom at BCV (I had a second choice of WLV and 2 different weeks to choose from) in January. Well they emailed me back and told me that they booked me in a studio! I didn't request a studio, I even looked the bottom of the email because it has the original message and it says one-bedroom
Can they do that? Just change the room type? I was so excited when I found out we can do reservations online but it doesn't seem to work out too well. I want to call and see what the situation is but I can't be on the phone with them forever, I am at work. There hours and my work hours just happen to be the same hours
How do you make your reservations? Member services hours stink and the website doesn't seem to be much better

It doesn't make it any easier to get a phone call in during the day.
but we managed to split the stay between SSR and BWV, not so bad I guess.
