I just installed firefox as my internet browser and I am having trouble on the dvc website. I am hoping someone can offer a suggestion. I can go to the website just fine: http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc/index but I am not able to click on the buttons to bring up any links. Also, the pictures up top are supposed to be a video/moving but mine are not. The weird thing is that about 2/3 of the way down the page everything starts working. For instance, to explore the resorts I cannot click on any through BoardWalk villas but starting with OKW I can click them just fine. The column directly next to this also doesnt work through Tokyo Disney but starts working again on Adventures by Disney. When I bring up the page through IE it works fine.

I tried installing Flash Player and Shockwave player but this doesnt help. I tried uninstalling firefox and installing it again but no luck there either. Also, when I access the standard www.disneyworld.com webpage I have no problems. I am really baffled at what is causing this. I know I can use the site using an IE tab, but at this point it is bugging me that I cannot fix this. Can anyone help???

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.3 and everything works fine -- I know there is a drop down on the home page with music - that could tie you up if you're on dial-up.

Also to consider the latest versions of:

Flash for Mozilla
Shockwave for Mozilla
Java

Disney or DVC has been making subtle changes to the HTML of the website lately. I use Safari with a Mac but try Firefox at times, esp when Safari doesn't seem to do well. There was a time a week or so ago when the initial index page (non member) looked fine but the member login did not work. If I went directly to the login page, everything worked fine from there. Firefox gives me all links and the pictures down the right side but nothing in the body of the page shows and it says the page is unavailable. If I post copy the login page to Firefox, I get the same error instead of the login page.

This issue is resolved. I had previously cleared out my cache but not the cookies. Clearing out the cookies now has resolved the problem.
