Problems getting quotes from Disney.com

Has anyone else had problems booking online or getting quotes from Disneyworld.com? I have been trying to get a quote from their site for two hours now with no luck. The message I get is:

We're Sorry!
System response times may vary due to the volume of activity on the site. Therefore, we were unable to process your request. Please resubmit your request, or call (407) 939-7429 to speak to a Disney Travel Planner.


I am always skeptical of this type of message. I worked for a company that used a similar type of tactic on their Web site to boost sales and charge higher prices for their products.
 
i just tried also and got the same message for booking a room only. now for a package deal, i got a message saying the engine is down for maintenence. hhhmmmm............good luck!:p
 
Yep, I just tried again and this time I got the same one you got - "Down for maintenance" message. Agrghhhh! I tried for a room only though.
 
They could simply be backing up their system. I've seen it come up before but usually late at night. Or they could be updating with new rates. Who knows?
