A week ago I put a post up stating how I was having trouble logging into VMK, and I recieved many helpful tips, well I'm able to get logged in now---BUT having new problems!! I can only play for a few minuets before either the game crashes(that is what it says) OR windows has to shut down b/c it is low on virtual memory. Can anybody tell me what I can do about this!! Thanks ahead of time!!

Virtual memory sounds like a trojan did you download killbox and delete temporary files/folders?

I would start there.

You might have too may windows open. Shut down all programs you are not using. And you can reset your virtual memory setting, but I do not know how. But having too many programs running in the background can cause problems

I am not very good with computers so I don't know what I'm doing half of the time, I did down load killbox, BUT when it ask me to type in full path to file that I would like to delete in the field I don't know what to type in, I'm afraid of what I would end up deleting.
I always close out any other windows that I'm running before I play the game.

Virtual memory sounds like you don't have enough RAM memory, so it's using your hard drive as a MUCH slower alternative. Sadly, you might need to upgrade RAM. On the other hand, that should make using your computer generally faster anyhow.

While you are right it could be RAM I get this message whenever I get a trojan...I have a 1.6ghz 256 mega RAM

2morrow

to check and see how much RAM you have go to start-programs -mycomputer when the box pops up click once on the c drive and then look over on your left(if you have Windows XP) and you will see some choices under system tasks click on view system info look at the general tab and it should tell you how much RAM.

To upgrade since you probably can not do it yourself...you will have to take it to a computer store and have them upgrade it for you if you have less than 256 megabites of RAM

BUT when it ask me to type in full path to file that I would like to delete in the field I don't know what to type in, I'm afraid of what I would end up deleting.

to use KILLBOX to delete temp files click on tools then delete temp files
you do not have to use the full path option unless you know the file you want to delete. Like a known virus or a
known trojan.

Hope this helps
